Fall Ball Registration Now Open
11U (For Players born in 2005, and 2006.) Coaches will be WKMBA coaches and past players. Players will register through the City of West Kelowna, as the fall ball program is a joint effort between the City (District) of West Kelowna and WKMBA. Focus will be on developing the 5 tools of baseball. ( Catching, Throwing, Running and Hitting.) The team will playing inter squad games and exhibition games if near by associations have teams. If we get large turnouts we may add extra days. Location. Upper Boucherie ball diamond. Program will be 10 seesions Mondays and Wednesdays 5-6.30 pm from Sept 9 to Oct 14th.

- 13U (For Players born in the years 2003 and 2004) Coaches will be Patrick Weilders and Rich Swift, and others if needed. Players can register under the Registration tab above. The program will begin Sept 3rd and run through to mid Oct depending on the weather. You will be notified of the time and details prior to that date. Focus will be on preparing 1st year players for the upcoming season, and the helping second year players work on improving their skills for the next season. Practices will be Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 with games on most Wednesdays, and some additional weekend games.
- 15U AA ( Players born in 2001 and 2002) and 18U AA/AAA for Players born in 1998, 1999, and 2000.) Coach will be Tom Katelnikoff, with help from 15U and 18U coaches as well as guest coaches and instructors. The teams will practice on Boucherie Main Field Tuesdays and Thursdays Sept 8th through Oct 22, 5.30pm -7.30pm. ( times will be adjusted with daylight.) The teams will play exhibition games on the weekends and the 18U AAA team is schedule to play in 1 tournament. The focus will be to develop the 5 tools a player needs to excel in baseball, including, hitting for power, hitting for average, catching, throwing, and running.
**West Kelowna Minor Baseball is pleased to offer a fall ball program for our players. We want to give our players every opportunity to succeed in baseball and have a great experience. There are no cuts in fall ball, the purpose of Fall Ball is to give players who are moving up to a new division an opportunity to play up at that level in the fall so that they will be ready for it in the spring.
